I don’t often write reviews, but I am so pleased with this product, as well as the INCREDIBLE customer service I received.
I ordered the orange bag but had a change of heart and wanted a blue bag. I wrote customer service and got a personal phone call literally moments later confirming the change and letting me know the bag would be going out that day.
When the bag arrived, it was packaged perfectly, arriving in a beautiful branded dustbag, really elevating the experience and product. When I finally opened the bag, I was so impressed with the fabric, color and quality. The bag was sturdy and well-made, able to stand on its own and maintaining its shape.
I am so impressed with this fun bag and amazing customer service and will be a repeat customer! Obsessed!!!!
