RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At BEACH HAUS, I want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, I'm happy to offer fast and easy returns and exchanges.

✅ ELIGIBILITY

Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • Postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return label

💳 REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are available for size or style changes, based on availability.

  • Exchange orders are processed once the original item is received and approved.

🚚 RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING

  • Customers are provided with a pre-paid USPS return label, but are responsible for the $20 return shipping and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. 

  • BEACH HAUS is not responsible for lost return shipments if the customer chooses to use their own return shipping label.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on international orders. Please review the following terms:

• Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders.

• Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with returning or exchanging items. These fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
